Carin Johnson
Carin L. Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Chico
State University and is a graduate of Golden Gate University,
School of Law, 1993. She opened in private practice in 1993
in Hayward, California and practiced Juvenile Law and Criminal
Law in that area for seven years.
Carin moved to Pittsburg in 2000 to join her husband and partner
as The Law Offices of Johnson & Johnson. She was the attorney
for the infamous
"spitball case" that made National Headline
News in 2003. Carin was featured on Greta Van Sustren, On
the Record and the Bill O'Reilly show, The O'Reily Factor.
She have been involved and have concentrated her area of practice
in Criminal and Juvenile Law representation.
Carin has been involved in the Contra Costa County Bar Association,
Juvenile Law Section as well as the Criminal Law Section for
several years. She presented a seminar, as a participating
panel member, recently, with a panel of attorneys at the MCLE
Spectacular regarding Juvenile Law and Criminal Law issues
on sex abuse cases. Ms. Johnson has also attended the National
Child Abuse Defense Conference 2006 and was a presenting speaker
in Cross Over issues in Domestic Violence Cases.
She spends her outside time involved in the Toys for Tots
Program, the Adopt-a-School Program, and a is Board Member
of the Walnut Acres Day Care Center, in Walnut Creek.
